ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1+ year of  professional experience as an application support engineer;
- Working understanding/experiences with relational databases: Oracle, SQL server and/or PostgreSQL;
- Proven experience in support: Users Habilitations, application settings, hot fix in prod, relaunch failed reports, analyze and fix of profitability computations, analyze and fix application feed intersystems;
- Experience with Control M, Linux, Zabbix and Azure are valued;
- Customer oriented person; 
- Detailed oriented person;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent written and spoken English.
