We are now looking for an Application Support that is willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team. 

Are you the one? 
•    Prior experience in application support
•    Knowledge and/or experience of the financial services industry 
•    Good understanding of RDBMS concepts; Proficiency in at least 1 database (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server) – Mandatory 
•    Good understanding of the ITIL norm and practices
•    Experience of working with applications with many interfaces to other applications
•    Experience with Unix and its standard commands 
•    Basic knowledge of PowerShell Scripts 
•    Key Responsibilities: Helpdesk, Incident Management, Service Level Management, Problem Management
•    Mandatory to be fluent in English
