About the job

This job aims to provide technical / functional support for application systems. Implies responding, troubleshooting, fixing and providing constant update on the progress of the resolution of issues or requests.

We will rely on you to

  • Provide functional support;
  • Ensure technical support to batch related issues, resolving on time;
  • Adhere to Service Level objective;
  • Ensure Escalate timely about possible risks, escalation matters and management issues;
  • Prioritize and deliver the service, troubleshooting and resolving issues from Business teams;
  • Review and create application Support articles;
  • Ensure that the all production deliverables are aligned with bank standards and best practices;
  • Analyze system logs and identify potential issues;
  • Service monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement of the service quality and availability;
  • Part of production support team.

What we're looking for

  • Academic graduation in IT area or relevant course for the role;
  • Experience with Application Support area;
  • Good knowledge of Databases (Oracle, SQL Server);
  • Knowledge in SO of Unix, Windows or WebSphere;
  • Good Knowledge of scripting languages (ex: ShellScript or Powershell);
  • Fluency in English.
