Thus, we are now looking for a new Application Support Analyst willing to accept new challenges!

Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and highly motivated individuals for the role of Application Production Support, in level 1 and 2. 

Your role will mainly focus on the functional & technical support of in-scope applications, monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving and communicating the production events to end users and stakeholders. The event can be of various type and nature, ranging from simple application error or the infrastructure issue related to server crash.

The main responsibility will be to support end users and provide after care support by resolving incidents whilst leveraging on the systems technical architecture knowledge. Provide technical support by ensuring the smooth execution of batches, delivering the production change, manage Incidents and problem within the in-scope applications. The role also needs to ensure high availability of the application. Ensure that all relevant events and issues are recorded and resolved in timely manner.

You must have…

  • English Fluency (B2 level minimum)
  • Prior experience of Production Support preferably in financial / banking sector.
  • Prior experience with SQL databases such as Oracle DB and / DBeaver (extraction, creating and mainting queries; ability to understand data models)
  • Experience with Linux and Windows based infrastructures (list processes; check server resources; start, stop, and restart an application or a service; analyze monitor and collect logs for escalation)
  • Experience with production tools
  • Basic knowledge of the following tools: GeneOS & Service Now
  • Basics with a scripting language such as Bash, PowerShell and PL-SQL
  • ITIL Practices Knowledge and/or certification will be considered as an asset
