Summary: As an Application Support Analyst, your role will mainly focus on the functional and technical support of in-scope applications. You’ll be contributing to functional support to users; production monitoring (alerting setup and management); release delivery; incident and problem management; incident and problem followup with development teams and disaster recovery plans. Your functional domain will be on a client service management tool and on ticketing workflows.
