Your role

    We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to control and support activities of Production Monitoring and to also contribute to the definition and monitoring the KPI's of the Application Support teams.

Your profile

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar areas
    At least one year of professional experience in technical support;
    Basic programming skills;
    Able to work easily in a Unix environment with basic scripting skills;
    Good knowledge of Oracle Database and PL/SQL;
    Fluency in English;
    Experience in Java programming (nice to have);
    Experience in working with SCRUM methodologies (nice to have);
    Experience in a banking project context (nice to have).
