This is an outstanding opportunity to join a multinational business group with a presence in more than 90 countries that manages a wide portfolio of companies in several sectors, including retail, financial services, shopping centers management, software and information systems, media and telecommunications. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for Application Support (m/f). You should have a background in information systems and have at least 1 year of experience in application support. Experience in SQL is mandatory and programming skills will be valued. You will be responsible for providing 2nd to 3rd level support, analyze incidents to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and come up with a permanent fix. You must be able to communicate in English.
