Who you are:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent experience;

- At least 3 or 4 years of experience as first & second-line (L1 and L2 support) IT Production Support;

- At least 2 years of experience providing Application Support;

- Experience in providing effective communication to the business users and other IT teams;

- Experience in Wealth management or private banking;

- Strong technical skills in database concepts and web application;

- Experience in a multi-cultural environment;

- Extensive experience in analytical techniques;

- Experience in Scrum methodology.

Required experience:

- Operating System: AS400;

- Database: DB2;

- Programming Language: Cobol400, RPG, SQL;

- Protocol: CFT, IBM CDC, MQ, API;

- Java knowledge (including J2EE);

- Other: Javascript, HTML5, Oracle, Unix Scripting.
