We are now looking for a Application Suport that is willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Are you the one?:

• Experience in Application Support
• Experience in Help Desk / Service Support including handling with Incident Management Tools
• Knowledge of PKI certificates – support and operations
• IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) certification
• Knowledge of Windows systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Active Directory or another LDAP
• Relevant ServiceNow experience is a plus
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
