Application Service Manager

- Professional experience in IT Service Management;
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and experience from SAP implementation projects or operational SAP application management;
- ABAP programming know-how is an advantage;
- ITIL Know-how (e.g. ITIL foundation certificate).
