Description

• Maintain the IT-tools, used by the company in all regards
• Support/drive the development/improvement of the IT-Tools and underlying processes
• Lead of IT-projects from the company perspective
• Execute acceptance tests
• Continuous maintenance / setup of application management documentation
• Define and execute business continuity plans for IT-tools
• Train the customers in the different IT-tools
• Being the contact person to /steer the different service providers
• Creation of ad-hoc reportings
• Definition of functional requirements
• Definition of test plans
• Initiate purchase order processes for the IT-tools
• Maintain the budgets of tools

Profile

• • Vocational training as industrial clerk + several years of experience in P2P-Accounting or IT-specialist with proven Accounting background; Accounting or Finance degree is a plus
  • Experienced in running and setting up of application managements for Finance applications
  • Examinated Project Manager certification would be a plus
  • Proven track record of leading IT-implementation-projects
  • Several years of SAP experience
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Very high IT affinity
  • Quality- and service-oriented
  • Highly motivated and flexible
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Interdisciplinary projects skills
  • Excellent German & English language skills, additional European language skills beneficial
