Description

The Team is responsible for improving both the workflow between teams and the processes that support a broad range of projects within the company.

Your role:
As a member, you need to ensure the process is well executed at each described step while it is being continuously improved. You will validate if appropriate inputs/outputs are being produced and document the process in a usable and readable manner.

Expected:

- Management of Atlassian Platforms used in FMQ (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk)
- Implement, test and integrate new scenarios that contribute to the optimization of processes and platforms
- Provide training and assistance to users of applications
- Create documentation of processes mapped on platforms
- Support teams in the customization of workflows, templates, projects on platforms
- Identify needs for new applications that bring more efficiency to the company

Valued:
- Degree in Computer Science
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence platforms
- Knowledge of JQL
