Winprovit is recruiting, Application IT Support, for a project that is being developed in a client, in Lisbon.

Functions:

- Perform level 3 support and analysis of reported issues;

- Evaluate alternative business solutions;

- Minimize the impacts ensuring proper resolution and follow up with the service provider

- Follow up of all technical processes;

- Update all the issues documents for first line of support.

Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related;

- 3 years professional experience;

- Team player capable of high performance, flexibility and adaptability

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them to technical solutions

- Academic or Professional knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, GIT;

- Good written and spoken English;

- Capable of managing services running on Linux or Windows Servers;

- Knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing;

- Technical knowledge of protocols of all type TCP / IP / SMTP / FTP / HTTP/S;

- Understanding of system architectures such as SSO, Firewalls, load balancer, storage systems and network basics;
