Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for an Apple Mac IT Technician to integrate our Client internal team, based in Lisbon.

Job Description

This professional will be responsible for the daily management of our client’s server infrastructure.

• Jamf Pro administration
• Concentrating on system development, integration, image creation/deployment, and device policies. Including LDAP and Active Directory Integration
• Manage DEP, VPP, and Integration with Jamf Pro
• MDM management with configuration profiles for Apple devices, concentrating on current industry - led security protocols and standards
• Provides Tier3- level support
• Automation via Jamf Pro and Bash scripting
• Training team members as well as Desktop Support
• Documentation of all process and knowledge base contribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or directly related field and one year of experience applicable to this position.

OR

• Associates Degree from a regionally accredited institution in information technology or directly related field and 3 years of full time experience applicable to this position.

• Jamf Pro Certification 100-400
