Summary:

The Angular Developer will be responsible for the maintenance and implementation of the frontend of the company’s web application. This person will be reporting directly to the company’s technical co-founder. 

Strong JavaScript background is essential, in particular exposure to Angular. Previous use of other JavaScript frameworks (ex: React, Vue) is valued but not essential. Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and SASS is preferred.

The company’s mission is to empower communities around the globe to connect and communicate better, with the goal to create strong and engaged communities. They offer a modular platform to build, grow and run communities better. 

Objectives:

• Lead the frontend development of the web application;

• Translate the mockups and designs into high-quality clean and readable JavaScript code. This implies using 3rd party libraries and REST APIs.

• Communicate effectively with the tech co-founder and with the backend developers to establish priorities and plan a roadmap.

• Suggest the development of relevant features and fixes to potential UI problems.
