Description

Stefanini is hiring a android developers to join one of our multinational clients. This company is located in Canaxide and works within border control, aviation security and biometric solutions.

 

As a developer for the mobile team, you will be responsible for:
- Development of applications for Android devices including mobile phones and tablet computers, and their integration with back-end services;
- Work with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure;
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation;
- Collaborate towards problem solving, sophisticated design, and creation of quality products;
- Comply and assure compliance with the rules and procedures of Quality Management System and other Management Systems that the company may adopt

 

The selected candidate will be someone with:
- 5 yeasrs of relevant work experience.
- At least 3yrs experience in mobile development.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills in Kotlin and Java.
- Knowledge of web architectures and services (HTTP, SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.)
- Clear understanding of web application architecture and design principles
- Unit/ Functional tests in the mobile context
- Experience with wireless device to device communication standards (Bluetooth, BLE, NFC).
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.

 

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of UX/UI;
- Knowledge of mobile security;
- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies;
- SCM with Git;
- Experience with JIRA.
- Experience with Gitlab.
- 2 or more years of Android app development experience;
- Strong and clear understanding of Android App’s life-cycle and tools;
- Very strong knowledge of Android SDK, performance tools and optimization techniques.
- Working knowledge of cryptography (Certificates, PKI, Hashing algorithms, Symmetric/Asymmetric/Elliptic curve, etc).
