Do you use terms like R&D, Web Development, Mobile, BI, Cloud & Data Center, Systems Administration, Project Management or Functional Analysis in your vocabulary?

Need to have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• PSM or CSM Certification
• Previous experience working on a large scale, multiple agile team projects
• Previous experience in IT projects within the Telecommunications sector
• Previous experience in Analytics/Business Intelligence project

And know:

• Experience in a scrum master role
