In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for a Analyst Developer/Functional Tester to work in this project in Lisbon.

Key responsibilities:

- Translate the business requirements into functional specifications which include system design elements and detailed test plans for the proposed solution;
- Developments, design, coding and testing of technical solutions that meet the business needs and match the specifications;         
- Design and execute the test scenarios and test scripts;                                                          
- Manage change requests related to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are maintained;
- Provide effective and informative progress evaluations in terms of outstanding milestones, current status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies;
- Assist in realisation of project deadlines and schedules;                                                        
- Communicate effectively and facilitate team interaction;                                                                     
- Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions;                                                     
- Ensure that the appropriate documentation is made available for the end user and IT Support and support on the Olympic application and “in house” developments (RPG/CL/SQL);                                                         
- Guarantee use of standards and procedures to ensure CMMI3 certification. 

Skills and attributes for success :

- Proven experience of analyzing, specification writing and software development;
- Good knowledge of AS/400 platform;
- Good knowledge of CL and RPG IV programming;
- Good knowledge of SQL;
- Good knowledge of Olympic software is an advantage;
- Knowledge on RDi (IBM Rational Developer for iSeries) is an advantage;
- Good spoken and written in English (good knowledge of French is a plus);
