Reporting to the CIO in Spain, the Analysis Manager Ideal profile is a mix between a team manager and an expert technical asset. Main tasks will be to implement the global strategy of Analysis/Systems in the company together with running the PT analysis team.
Understand business needs and translate them into solutions via efficient processes, scripts and automatisms.
Capable of communicating with business partner mindset and empathy.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in complex environments where the candidate has had previous exposure to clients, experience in transformation processes and challenges involving digitalization and with a large impact on systems.
Knowledge on project management.
Heavy knowledge on postgreSQL databases, Excel, data management, reporting and statistics.
Heavy knowledge in ETL tools, opensource reporting and BI suites.
Deep experience in team management.
