Description

Our client is a leading bank in Europe, and one of the 10th largest banks in the World. It has a presence in 80 countries, with more than 200,000 employees. We’re looking for talented IT professionals to work as AI/RPA User Support (m/w) that will join our team located in Lisbon

 

Mission description: 

Ensure day-to-day quality of service of live robots to end-users by:

- Resolving incidents

- Answering user requests

- Monitoring production environments

- Corrective maintenance of the existing robots (RPA development skills needed)

- Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones

 

Key Responsibilities:

Helpdesk:

- Understand the application landscape, develop expertise of the application/s and understand various interfaces involved

- Answer user requests and manage incidents , including target days

- Define new practices/processes when needed; Write new procedures a-nd ensure their collective ownership.

- Contribute to checking’s & validation of production changes and application restart

- Ensure daily communication & transition with Paris and Chennai teams.

 

Incident Management:

- Manage incidents according to Service Delivery ITIL Standards, and in coordination with other teams, including production teams.

- Re-instate services as soon as possible whenever an incident occurs

 

Service Level Management:

- Monitor environments and KPIs

- Suggest changes, improvements so as to continuously improve global level of service

- Ensure Corrective maintenance of the existing robots (RPA development skills needed)

- Validate changes into production

 

Problem Management:

-Identify recurring Issues and service Request and define action plans to reduce them

 

Skills:

Qualifications:

- University degree in Computer Science or similar

- Proven experience on application support functions based on ITIL standards and practices

 

Domain / Technical:

- Knowledge and/or experience of the financial services industry

- Mandatory to be fluent in English (daily working language with worldwide customers)

 

- Technical competency in the following:

- Relevant RPA development experience with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath

- Some experience in programming languages like .NET or Java

- Experience and ability to perform technical analysis, identify impacts (functional/technical)

- Experience of working with applications with many interfaces to other applications

- Previous PMO experience will be a strong plus
