We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and self-driven AI & Data Science Tech Lead.

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or similar
• At least 2 years of professional experience in similar roles
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with the ability to guide and inspire a team of Data Scientists
• Experience in concept, design and developing complex ML Solutions in different areas (NLP, Computer Vision,...)
• Experience in Cloud platforms (Azure, Google,…)
• Proficiency in Python
• Solid knowledge of Statistics, Machine Learning and Deep Learning principles and techniques.
• Knowledge in MLOps principles, developing pipelines (CI/CD) and in version control systems (GitHub/GitLab)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Organized, independent, and focused on delivering within defined timelines and with the highest quality
• English proficiency

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of Data Scientists, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support
• Understand the technical and non-technical constraints of a business problem
• Design, implement, and maintain complex end-to-end solutions
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of Data Science solutions
• Collaborate with other teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for leveraging AI techniques and methodologies
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Data Science, Machine Learning, and related technologies, and provide guidance on their applicability to ongoing projects and new solutions
• Ensure the best practices in Data Science methodologies, tools, coding standards and MLOps
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing and innovation
• Communicate results and ideas effectively to key decision-makers, including top management, and drive the adoption of data-driven solutions
