Our client is a leading bank in Europe, and one of the 10th largest banks in the World. It has a presence in 80 countries, with more than 200,000 employees. We’re looking for a  talented AI Chatbot Developer that will join our team located in Lisbon.

Tasks description:

-        Development focused on Chatbot & AI projects;

-        Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new Chatbots;

-        Analyse the client’s needs and design, document, test, and develop software as required to comply with the functional requirements;

-        Complete agreed work within established estimates and communicates status and issues promptly. 

Profile - Skills and Experience:

-        Bsc/Msc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject;

-        Knowledge of Chatbot platforms and working experience in the development of Chatbot or other AI, machine learning, NLP technologies or RPA technologies;

-        Experience in API Management Solutions, with third-party libraries and APIs;

-        Solid understanding of the full development lifecycle;

-        Good level in English is required (speaking, reading and writing);

-        Ability to work in a multicultural team in-house and remotely.

It will be beneficial to have skills in:

-        Python, Git;

-        Amelia Chatbot (experience/knowledge);

-        RPA/Process automation (experience/knowledge);

-        Agile methodologies, and CI tools like Jenkins, Ansible, etc;

-        Testing Frameworks;

-        French language (speaking, reading and writing).
