Our client is a leading bank in Europe, and one of the 10th largest banks in the World. It has a presence in 80 countries, with more than 200,000 employees. We’re looking for a talented Agile Transformation Coach, that will join our team located in Lisbon.

Profile:

- Train teams on Agile methodology, roles, and ceremonies;

- Proven experience in Agile projects;

- Experience with global organization transformation;

- Experience with Scrum and Kanban;

- Experience with coaching techniques;

- Experience with Agile scaling models (SAFe, LeSS);

- Excellent communication skills;

- English fluent;
