We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to supervise and motivate project groups working in an agile environment.

Reporting to the Director, you will have the following main missions:

• Handle various responsibilities such as planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspect of the projects
• Interact with company clients and understand their requirements
• Maintain and presenting status report of the projects
• Help in the development and implementation of agile projects
• Assist in team development by removing road-blocks to their work, mentoring them and making a good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work

Profile

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4-5 years' experience as a Project Manager within a startup environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with technical and non-technical audience
• Lean (entrepreneurial mindset)
• Ambitious
• Accountable
