The Agile Project Manager role will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of innovative solutions, thru an agile approach and low-code technologies.

This role will coordinate with multiple, dispersed business sponsors, and work with the Tech Delivery Team to ensure that the solution is delivered according to right business needs, with high-quality standards.

Our headquarters is in Vila Nova de Famalicão but the role will be delivered from anywhere in Portugal mainly to customers in the USA with a tech team spread across different geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trustful business partner to guarantee the understanding of customers’ needs and drivers;
- Serve as the main driver of the client relationship and communication towards the TechTeam;
- Establishes the bridge between the business and the technical team according to project needs;
- Ensure strong Agile Project Management practices, managing timeline, resources, scope, change requests, status report and sales interface;
- Ensure teamwork, commitment and expectations alignment;
- Guarantee quality procedures and behaviours applied by the company and in alignment with our customers.

- Availability to travel.

Technical Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical projects management and delivery;

- Experience in using Agile approaches;

- Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory), Spanish is also valued.
- Experience in web application delivery and process design;
- Degree in computer science or another technical related field;
