Our client is a leading bank in Europe, and one of the 10th largest banks in the World. It has a presence in 80 countries, with more than 200,000 employees. We’re looking for talented Agile Coach, that will join our team located in Lisbon.

Project presentation 

 - The selected candidate will help to organize and introduce the "Agile" methodology practices coaching all project / team members (inclusive Scrum Masters);

- He/she will also train the staff members in the methodology and organize Agile training's for IT Staff; 

- He/she will be responsible to extract Key KPIs across Agile Methodologies;

- Trips are expected when needed to provide training to teams geographically split (mainly France). 

Profile: 

- Proven experience in "Agile" projects; 

- Global organization transformation; 

- Agile awareness; 

- Experience with Scrum and Kanban;

- Agile scaling models (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum of scrum etc...) ;

- Team coaching experience;

- Change actor at team and organizational level;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Team player;

- English fluent;

Optional Skills: 

- eXtrem Programming:

- Management 3.0;

- Lean;

- Lean Startup;

- DevOps;

- French fluent.
