Together with our clients, we will challenge you to:
- Create, develop and lead Lean-Agile strategies and approaches to drive Agile adoption, deliver results and influence the overall strategic direction of client organizations
- Act as trusted advisor to organizations and Agile teams throughout their transformation towards the right Lean-Agile mindset
- Mentor and pair with change agents and stakeholders within client organizations on becoming true Agile champions and developing lasting Agile capabilities
- Discover new improvement opportunities and coach teams through complex situations to achieve higher levels of efficiency in applying Agile values, principles, methodologies and frameworks
- Develop and lead workshops & training sessions to educate teams on Lean-Agile methodologies and frameworks
Your Profile
- Passionate about agile methodologies and practices, helping teams achieve their goals, and becoming more efficient.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with several Agile methodologies, on particular SCRUM, Kanban and SAFe, among others
- Solid track-record on driving large-scale agile transformation programs
- Ability to get hands-on, teach, coach and mentor on Agile teams, acting as inspirational coach and leading by example
- Certified Agile Coach, preferably in SAFe (e.g.: SPC or SPCT)
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communicator and negotiator with all levels of the organization (including C-suite) to communicate/influence change behavior and remove roadblocks
- Degree in computer science, information technologies or equivalent subject
- Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of working experience in Agile operations/projects
- 2+ years of working experience as an Agile Coach
