- Help us improve agile practices to help improve organizational maturity
- Assist us in developing new ways of working for our organization
- Help our teams develop and adopt agile practices that help deliver results faster
- Help us implement Agile tools and coach teams on how to use the implemented tools
- Help the team create transparency, inspect, and adapt iteratively
- Implement Jira, Confluence, and tools in the Atlassian community and guide teams on how to
use
- Establish metrics to help track and communicate teams’ progress and continuous
improvements.
- Support teams to remove impediments

requisitos/requirements
- You have multiple years of practicing Agile or you have work experience as a change agent
- You have a strong understanding of Agile principles, concepts, ceremonies, and their
application
- In-depth knowledge of Agile tools, e.g., Jira, Confluence
- You can analyze data and have good data presentation skills
- You can lead multiple initiatives running in parallel
- You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- You put people first and value human interaction over following process or tool
- You are a skilled communicator and mediator
- You have a strong affinity for tools
- You love optimizing and are on a constant quest in search of improvement
- You enjoy assisting teams to adopt new processes
- You enjoy coaching and helping the new team find chemistry
- You are an enabler and worked with cross-functional teams
- You possess a toolkit that contains agile methods, and frameworks to solve a diverse problem
