Profile:

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in technical or management areas;
- Experience in leading large-scale agile projects and teams;
- Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory).

Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong communication skills in any medium;
- Personal energy and ability to inspire teams and individuals;
- Transparency and the ability to establish trust and supportive relationships;
- Ability to thrive in an environment with a high degree of change;
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance;
- Experience in Agile methods and techniques;
- Experience coaching Scrum of Scrums in a multi-team Agile environment is a plus;
- Experience in a variety of software development, program and project management methodologies
and techniques is a plus;
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach is a plus.
