Responsibilities:
- Acting as a mentor, guiding teams on the best agile and lean practices, providing feedback and means of improvement, catalyzing organizational growth and answering questions;
- Provide hands-on support to all teams, collaborating with people across varying levels and roles;
- Your main concern is business agility, focusing on the whole optimization of the development values stream;
- Recognizing the shortcomings of the process and applying effective solutions;
- Analysing tactical and operational data in order to identify improvement needs;
- Providing all support to the teams using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example;
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers and other Agile Coaches, exchanging ideas, working on improvements of process.

Valued:
- Degree in Computer Science or Similar;
- Knowledge on Jira and Confluence platforms;
- Any scaled agile certification (SAFe, Less) ou experience;
- Scrum or Kanban certified;
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
