• Train teams on Agile methodology, roles and ceremonies
• Proven experience in "Agile" projects
• Global organization transformation
• Agile awareness
• Scrum
• Kanban
• Agile scaling models (SAFe, LeSS,...)
• Coaching techniques
• Team coaching experience
• Training experience
• Change actor at the team and organizational level
• Excellent communication skills
• Good relationship
• English fluent
