- Transparency and the ability to establish trust and supportive relationships.
- Ability to thrive in an environment with a high degree of change.
- Experience in Agile methods and techniques.
- Experience coaching Scrum of Scrums in a multi-team Agile environment is a plus.
- Experience in a variety of software development, program and project management methodologies and techniques is a plus.
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach is a plus.
