We are searching for a Agile Coach/Agile Analyst to work in Lisbon:

 

Responsibilities:

  • The main role will be to support the group's transformation plan, both in terms of process optimization and automation, and cultural change;
  • You will work cross-functionally with the transformation and IT team as well as with all other departments in the company;
  • You will collaborate with other coaches on plans and techniques to accelerate the change of the organization, developing the teams' knowledge to facilitate AGILE transformation;
  • Will be responsible for mapping the functions, processes and flows of the company, identifying continuous improvements and using Agile tools and methodologies to do so;
  • Agile Coaching, facilitating the installation of a new mindset and guiding the teams in the proper application of the methodologies.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Be Effective and Efficient;
  • Good listener, interviewer (Fundamental) and Observer;
  • Present a good writing;
  • Excellent synthesis capacity;
  • Excellent knowledge of process modeling (BPMN);
  • Growth mindset and "Agile" mentality;
  • Present creativity, Resilience, Empathy and Ethic;
  • Mastery of Agile methodologies;
  • Experience in using Agile tools;
  • Experience of process mapping in collaborative tools (JIRA and Confluence) is essential, being able to conduct interviews effectively and efficiently regardless of the area;
  • It is equally important to have IT knowledge in order to identify and propose quick wins throughout the process mapping.
