We are looking for Agile Coach & Analyst for a project based in Tagus Park (Oeiras).

Responsibilities:

• Support the transformation plan of an automotive company, both in terms of process optimization and automation, and in terms of cultural change;
• Work cross-functionally with the Transformation and IT team as well as all other departments in the company;
• Collaborate with the other coaches on plans and techniques to accelerate the change of the organization, developing the teams' knowledge to facilitate AGILE transformation;
• Responsible for mapping company functions, processes and flows, identifying continuous improvements, using Agile tools and methodologies;
• Agile Coaching, facilitating the installation of a new mindset and guiding the teams in the proper use of the methodologies.

Requirements:

• Experience in process mapping in collaborative tools (JIRA and Confluence);
• Ability to conduct interviews, effectively and efficiently, regardless of the area;
• Have IT knowledge to identify and propose quick wins along the process mapping;
• Domain of Agile methodologies;
• Experience in the use of Agile tools;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Excellent knowledge of process modeling (BPMN);
• Be creative and resilient;
• Good knowledge of the English language is a plus.
