Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Answer and direct phone calls;
•Organize and schedule meeting and appointments;
•Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
•Order office supplies;
•Book travel arrangements;
•Provide general support to visitors;
•Generate reports;
•Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements;

• • • Maintaining equipment inventories;
•Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc;
•Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff;
•Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner;
•Take accurate minutes of meetings;
•Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries;
•Coordinate repairs to office equipment;
Main Requirements:•Proven administrative or assistant experience;
•Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
•Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
•Strong organizational and planning skills;
•Proficient in MS Office;
•Ability to handle confidential information;


Other Requirements:

• Good communication and relationship skills;
• Dynamism and proactivity;
• You can start remotely, but you must willing to move to Strasbourg;
• At least B2 English level;
• EU citizenship
