- Managing Backup, Configuration, Recovery, Maintenance and Upgrades

- Hardware and Software Inventory Management

- Creating, Managing, Distributing and Deploying Applications/Software

- Configuration Manager Queries including SQL and WQL

- Operating System Deployment (OSD) including the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)

- Report Configuration and Design

- Software Update Management

Perfil desejado

• Be experienced on Software/patch distribution management
• Have practical working experience with SQL and WQL
• Possess excellent scripting knowledge in Powershell and VBScript
• Have a solid experience administrating Windows 7 and Windows 10
• Hold MCSA/MCSE Certification (SCCM)
• Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting ability (3rd level support issues)
• Be client oriented, with excellent communication skills in English
• Be a team player with good interpersonal skills
• Be proactive and autonomous
