Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team!
The role:
You will be the main point of contact with the client and with the interactive team, managing a number of accounts and organising work.
Typical work activities:
- Everyday interactions with the client, responding to queries and requests
- Managing projects from initial briefings to updates and support
- Briefing the technical and creative teams and help plan and execute work
- Keep track of quotes and invoices
- Manage the studio’s schedule with the project management team
- Test applications before installation
What we’re looking for:
- Account management experience in digital projects
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (essential)
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail
- Ability to work with budgets
- Tech-savvy, interested in understanding how our technology works
- Great presentation skills
- Team Player
