Support access to Airbus engineering applications
Users support, different users have different setups, support them on how to request access and who can give them access.
Manage Q&A Chat groups, perform regular Q&A sessions with users
Create, monitor & present KPIs for access management tickets, they have several unanswered tickets
Improve users documentation, identity process improvement opportunities and support audits
Challenges: onboarding and transition - he doesn't expect a lot of production in the beginning, it's a personal challenge to learn the process, but it's not a very technical position.
requisitos/requirements
A diploma/bachelor degree in information management, engineering or business administration
Knowledge of service now, COBIT (no certification needed) , ITIL (mandatory)
German would be a plus, will work mostly with Germany, but all users speak English
