At the moment we are looking for the following candidate:

3rd line technical support (m/f) – Porto

Must have:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or similar;

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or similar;

-Experience of Manage and troubleshoot all incidents reported to support team’s queues;

- knowledge og Develop and deliver code fixes if necessary;

- Ability of Ensure that all stakeholders are communicated to and updated in line with company; standards and service level agreements;

- Experience of Update the knowledge base and documentation that exist and produce new documents;

- Good knowledge Support the execution of change management activities;
- Availability to work 24/7;

- Fluency in English written and spoken;
